PIP and TIE

I’ve just been awarded PIP (both components). Hopefully I can keep the living component when I move, but as I will be state pension age what will I need to do regarding medical cover and prescriptions?

Also, as I’ve kept my green residency card, what’s the best way to apply for it to be converted to a TIE card.

Thank you in advance and best wishes to all.
