Moving in Spain and looking for a job

My husna and my are both keen in living in Spain, with our 19 months old baby. I can take my job with me but unfortunately my husband doesn't think he can. We would like to hear from other people's experience. We don't speak fluent Spain, so the job should require English speaker. I was thinking in finding something here , like a flexible remote work to bring in spain, or perhaps finding a company in spain which require an english native employee.

I am open to suggestions from people who have been in the same or similar situation.
