Visa Help

Hi my name is Cerianne Jones and 24 years of age, me and my partner are wanting to move to Sri Lanka in Nov 2011 from Wales, United Kingdom but were very unsure as to what visa's we will need. Once out there we will be setting up our own beach bar/guest house.
Can anyone help as to where we need to begin on the required visa's??
