moving to Sri Lanka

I would love to move to Sri Lanka as having been there before i fell in love with the place and the people. Originally from the UK I have 3 sons age 7, 8 and 13 so would like to know what education and schools there. Also how easy is it to become a resident, permits/visa?? Also do you think it would be possible to have a tourism business for example yurts or renting rooms. We have enough to buy a property but would like to know if this straightforward. Also i would like to know about health care and costs. Any info greatly received. Tasha
