Getting IT work in Sri Lanka

Hi there

I am based in the UK and an IT consultant with 19 years of IT experience.

I would like to work in Sri Lanka or a temporary or permanent basis.

Could someone please tell me what the chances are of ex-pats working in IT, to be able to work in Sri Lanka?

Also what companies and websites should I consult, to find out further information.
