current tourist requirements

I have been coming to srilanka for the past 9 years staying sometimes 3 to 5 months but since the covid has hit the world I am confused as to what the requirements are at this time. I am vaccinated with the pfizer vaccine two months ago. Do I have to quarantine for 14 days and travel in bubbles. Some srilankans say no but the immigration emigration site still shows on the evisa you have to. I tried to contact the srilankan embassy in washington with nor reply. Anxious to return.
