a family move to Colombo

We are considering a move to Colombo. We have two school-age daughters. If we proceed with the move, does anyone have advice on how to such a life transition as positive for the children involved as possible? I suspect that they would have a lot of concerns and anxieties, which, of course, would be normal. I welcome any thoughts, insights, advice -- thank you!
