Where to buy a smallholding in sweden

Hi there, i'm looking at buying a smallholding in Sweden but at this stage am undecided whereabouts! If there is anybody out there who could offer any suggestions, i'd be very grateful. Im a carpenter, but not looking for work initially, would like to be close to a good town to be able to integrate and meet new people. Im on my own, and well travelled, now looking to drop anchor and develop a smallholding. Any suggestions???!! Many thanks Phil
