Serviced apartments?

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know where I can find serviced apartments in Lausanne or Nyon. I'll be moving to Switzerland in Sept and need to find a temporary place to stay while I hunt for a longer term apt (i.e. I need to find an alternative to a hotel).
