help on working in Switzerland

I am an Australian girl currently living and working in Paris. My boyfreind is Swiss living in Zurich and i want very much to move both to live and work in Zurich. I do not hold a UK or European passport or working permits for the EU (only from the employer i currently work for in Paris), and am readlising how complecated it is to get a work permit for Switzerland.
If anyone has any suggestions on how i could go about working in Zurich it would be greatly appreciated. I have alot of experience in Sales and Marketing in the Travel/tourism industry. I am a mother tounge English speaker and have a high level of Italian and also French.
