Moving to Baden- need job advice

Hello,
My boyfriend has just been lucky enough to get a great job in Baden and has asked me to join him. I would love to but have heard that it is extremely different to find work. I would appreciate and general advice on working in switzerland and also about where to start looking- the websites I have found are not in English!

I have a BSc in Social Science and am just about to complete my Masters in Social Policy. I don't speak any german but a little french.

I would be moving from London.
