Work permit in Switzerland

Hi there,

I need advice about how hard it is to get permission to work in Switzerland. I'm considering moving there to open an office of a UK firm that specializes in management consulting. I am an American citizen.

Does anyone have any idea of what the requirements are, how long and expensive the process is?
