Relocating to Burgdorf from Canada

I'm a 42 year old single female and have been offered a position at 5200 CHF per month. Accomadations with breakfast and dinner in someone else's home is being offered at 1000 CHF per month. Is this reasonable?
What is the cost of living if I were to rent in the area and are landlords unreasonable with expectations of repairs after vacating?
What is the cost of leasing an automobile?
What is the cost of clothing etc...?
Canada and Switzerland have a 'tax treaty'. What taxes will be deducted by my Swiss employer and will I be required to declare my income to the Canadian goverment since I'm not claiming non resident and pay taxes again in Canada?
Any information on relocationg and living in Switzerland is helpful. I speak no German and minimal French.
