Moving to Dar with babies

I found Yellow Fever to be a requirement for Tanzania, but my son will be just over 4-month-old and YF vac is not recommended for babies by CDC... Will it be a problem for us at the port of entry? Also, should we bring some baby friendly mosquito repellents, or it's available in stores around town? Maybe I'm crazy with some nonsense worries... I went on a mission in another part of Africa with FHI a few years ago and loved it, but moving there with babies is a whole different issue. We just decided to move to Dar in Oct. and I wish I knew about this site back then, so I could post my concerns/questions earlier. Again, I'd appreciate your kind response either to alert me or to put my anxiety at ease. Many many thanks and God bless.
