Retirement in Thailand

first something about myself
I am 55 plus, and I am married already 30 years whit a Thai spouse who is from Chinese origin.I did even marry in the Thai embassy in my native County, so I have a Thai marriedge license
I have a house in the nearby Nakhon-Sawan.
Now my question.
I would like to retire in Thailand, but I would like to know, if its also neccesary for me that I have a 800.000 Bath bancaccount or Have a income of 65.000 bath a month. Its not a problem to be able to show tis figgers, but the fluctuation of the Thai Bath, I can loose a lot of money, if I put all this money to a Thai bancaccount.Because I recieve my pension in Euro. The last year their has been a devaluation of more than 20%
The second is this. Can somebody give me an estimatio of the pricefor a good health or hospitalinsurance. And at last howmuchos the price of a 4 wheel car( Diesel automatic) this moment like a Izusu or Toyota
I know I dont asking easy questions, thats why my greatitude beforehand
