Hey everyone. I'm currently a graduate student in Arizona working on my Master's in Teaching Science. I received my undergrad in Biology with an emphasis in Genetics, Cell, and Developmental Biology with a minor in Poli Sci. I have to teach for two years in a high-needs school in the U.S. but before I do it, when I graduate in Dec. 2016, I want to teach English or Science in Thailand. My ultimate goal is to become an expat after I finish my two years in the U.S. My dad has been to Thailand numerous times and he suggested Khon Kaen or Nong Khai. I'll be 25 when I'm planning to go. What are the pros and cons of these areas for a youngish, female teacher? Are jobs fairly easy to come by with a U.S. Masters degree? Are there any other areas that are good for U.S. teachers? Any and all information is much appreciated!
