Moving to Phuket

Hi, Looking for knowledgeable contact in the Phuket area--wanting to at first rent a good size house and hire several clean reliable people to help with the day to day livings needs, my wife has a movement disorder and needs assistance 24/7 so the first scenario is a housekeeper, a cook, and 4 caregivers with some experience.
