Suggestions on housing and health insurance

We aim to move to Chiang Mai in September, and would appreciate recommendations on specific neighborhoods where we could find a 2-bedroom apartment within Chiang Mai old city or by one of the gates.

We would also appreciate recommendations on current health insurance options for expats planning to live in Thailand, but also travel throughout the region.
