How is it for buying ammentities such as varieties of healthy food, housing supplies, automobile transportation, and access to health care?

My friend showed me pictures of his journey in Thailand. I resonate. Also, since learning Thai massage, I have always thought I would honeymoon with my future wife in Thailand and receive 3 massages per day! Maybe I can move to Thailand and THEN find my beloved!?

How is it for buying things such as varieties of healthy food, housing supplies, automobile transportation, and access to health care? I love public spaces like outdoor environments where many people enjoy food, relaxation, coffee, wine, etc. Can I be very far out in the country on a small plot of land I buy for cheap, live in an RV and travel to town for enjoyment?
