I'm currently have an O-A rretirement Visa which was issued thru the Chiangmai Immigration Office on 18 October 2021. The insurance requirements at the time were 40,000 / 400,000 out-in patient to include COVID -19 treatment thru Liberty Mutual. I needed to get back to the US for financial/personal reasons in late February. I have discovered that the Health Care Insurance requirements for this type of Visa have risen with a sunrise date of 1 March 2022. Do I need to repurchase this insurance or will Thai immigration "honor" the policy purchased at the time the Visa was issued?
