Destination Thailand Visa

A question for those individuals who cited medical tourism as their reason for applying for the Destinantion Thailand visa. I know that hospitals and dentists can provide letters attesting to the fact that patients are coming for treatment. What did your letter say about the length of treatment? I am getting a dental implant. Based on my requiredÂ treatment, "it will
require 2 trips with 10-14 days stay in Bangkok and a 4-6 months healing period is required. The dental hospital is able to provide letters for each stage with a 3 weeks stay in Bangkok for the required treatment along with an appointment card once dates are set." It makes more sense to me to see if I can get the Destinaation Thailand visa. It would be cheaper than making two trips to Bangkok within a year. I could rent an apartment for a year and be there if I developed any complications
