American expat in Germany needs a helping hand.

Hi - My name is Steve - I am an American expat in Germany. I am a health buff who takes alot of vitamins.
The German government is very strict on having vitamins shipped here - they have very strict requirements on how strong the vitamins can be. If they are too strong they will not allow them in.
The Netherlands is not strict. I would like to have an address where I could have vitamins shipped to in the Netherlands. The person receiving them would repackage them and send them on to me in Germany (no customs) or else I would pick them up. I would pay for all costs plus 100 EUR a year. Would only need to do this 3-4 times a year at most. I am talking vitamins C and B and a few other supplements. I would buy them from vitamin firms in the states and have them shipped to the Netherlands.
Thanks!
