Looking for work with no permit

Hello,

Ive been travelling around Europe for over a year now. Im 21 years old and Im from California. I was the first generation of my family to be born in the states and cant seem to go back. I originally came to Europe to travel for two months before I decided on whether or not I would attend school in Switzerland. I managed to find a job in Rome working in a Hostel and have continued travelling since. I am currently living with my dutch girlfriend in Holland and trying to find a job in Amsterdam. I would like to spend more time here but I am having trouble finding any job with out a permit. Im a very hard worker and Im capable of doing anything that I put my mind to. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can get a job without having a permit?
