Urgently needing room in utrecht max 250-270 euros

Hi everybody!
Im a portuguese HKU student urgently needing a room to stay! My course starts at seven september and it would be good i had all settled by then...
The max i can afford per month is around 250 or 270 euros and it woud be nice if the area had more or less 10 square metres
I am a very sociable person and i like to live in the center. It would also be nice to live with other students :-)
I already lived in a shared flat in lisbon and I have also lived in several countries (romania, brazil, portugal and germany!) so im quite open;minded to other ways of thinking, and i also like to speak several languages!
I am also learning dutch and can speak a little bit, so that wont be a problem.
I will stay in the beautiful city of utrecht for a year and im looking forward to have a place i can call home!

Ps:I dont smoke, but if you do its okay :-)
