i want to move to amsterdam from northern ireland

hi, i am a 20 year old bartender from belfast northern ireland, I work in a busy, premium nightclub in the capital city belfast. I am looking to become an expat in the netherlands, specifically amsterdam. I have saved enough money to enable me to live for a few months jobless, but my issue is finding a job. does anyone know how i could go about finding a bar or similar job in amsterdam? it is now jan 2016 and im looking to move before the summer in 4 months, i am visiting amsterdam for the second time in march, and will of course ask around businesses for opportunities, but id like to be more prepared. any help would be appreciated.
p.s i have been a bar tender for almost 4 years now.
