Excellent realtors in Rotterdam (apt rentals)?

Hello - I have just moved to Rotterdam with my husband Mark, and while we will have some assistance with apt hunting, does anyone have recommendations for specific realtors who are excellent (friendly, know the best neighborhoods, listen carefully to requests, operate efficiently, etc)?
