Trini living in Canada wants job in Trinidad

Hi, I am a Certified Management Accountant living in Canada and wants to return to live in Trinidad, my birth country. I have worked as a Finance Director in Pt. Lisas, Couva and am familiar with the Oil&Gas industry. I, however, want to be able to have a job to go to before making such a move. Does anyone have advice as to how I can go about gaining employment in Trinidad while residing in Canada?
