Moving from Asia/US to T&T....with 3 kids

I am a Trinidadian (not born or lived in T&T) relocating back to Trinidad with my 3 kids (7yrs, 4yrs, 2yrs: boy,boy, girl). I have a few questions:

> What are the 3 most safe areas for families in Trinidad and Tobago?
> Would living in Tobago be possible or would one need to go off-island constantly?
Is there a educational gab between the top public and top private schools?
> Which are the top 3 public schools in Trinidad (and are they in the safest areas)?
> How is health insurance handled in T&T?
> Would it make sense to send my car from the U.S. or buy a new car in T&T (8 seater)?

Would very much appreciate any feedback on these questions.
