Recent college grad, advice on moving from USA to T&T?

Hey everyone, thanks for taking a look at this post.

I just graduated in 2013 with a BS in plant science. I have no debt, about to turn 23. no kids. I just don't really know where to start in terms of Visas or applying for any kind of residency.

my grandmother was born in trinidad, and she still has a few relatives on the island. does having some kind of family connection make it any easier to immigrate or get residency?
