Hello!
I am moving to POS on the invitation of the Cocoa Research Centre in just under two weeks. I am a single woman interested in meeting people involved in sustainability or local food efforts and/ or interested in exploring T&T.
I am currently writing a book on the loss of biodiversity in food as told through the lens of taste and one of my chapters - my favorite chapter - is on chocolate. Would be grateful for connections.
