Buying a car in Trinidad

Hi All,

I'm looking to purchase a used vehicle in Trinidad and have some questions I was hoping somebody with experience could answer:

1. When buying used, what is the correct order of steps: a) paying cash b) doing the vehicle transfer, and c) collecting the vehicle?

2. What are some of the best cars to purchase in terms of resale value?

3. What is the better option for value, RORO dealer or personal seller?
