Housing - Ankara

My husband is taking a years contract in Ankara. We would like to find a furnished apartment, secured, in an expat area. Do you have any idea of the approx range and whom we should contact for a 3 bedroom apartment?
Also, what would you suggest we take from home etc. food, clothing, linens?
