Starting a school in Istanbul -- your thoughts requested

I am a very experienced educator (teacher, administrator) thinking of starting a school in Istanbul. The school would target students seeking an American prep school curriculum, taught in English. (Obviously, there is no set American curriculum, but the overall approach would be consistent with American schools.) I would appreciate thoughts from anyone on this forum, expats or Turks, as to the viability of such a school, your current satisfaction with your children's current school, the tuition fees per annum, and the like. Also, I have always worked outside of the public school system in the U.S. and do not have a teaching certificate, so if you have any information as to whether this might be a problem with the Turkish government, please do let me know. Thanks in advance for your thoughts or suggestions.
