My furnished flat for rent - Istanbul Sultanahmet

Hi there,
I am moving to a new place in Turkey for work from 1st of March 09 to 1st of November 09 and I
wish to rent out my current flat in Istanbul during this period.
It is a 3 room flat (approx.60 m2), newly renovated 10 months ago (European standards) with double glazing windows, central heating system and it is fully furnished.
There are a large one living room separated in 2 parts: living area and study area, one common room with a bar and 1 bedroom with a double bed.
The kitchen has a brand new fridge (3 weeks old), a washing machine, gas cooker, a small oven, kettle, toaster, etc.
Internet connection is available, satellite TV as well (free), I am leaving everything necessary in the flat (vacuum cleaner, Ikea dishes, etc.)
Rental is 800 YTL / month and deposit 1500 YTL.
