Please anyone here happens to know, the proper form for a banking power of attorney in English and Turkish, that will be accepted in all banks in turkey..
in summary I planned to buy a house in turkey , Thus I opened a bank account in turkey, but then I changed my mind and traveled, but now it is difficult to go back to turkey because of new visa requirements. thus I need to make the proper power of attorney for a person who can travel there easier and certify it from Turkish embassy. So I need to know the proper form that is used and accepted in turkey.
