I am British living in the UK and have owned an apartment in Akkaya Valley for over 6 years - which is visited by friends and family 3-4 times per annum – it’s been intimated that I should be paying ex Pat tax every year? And that I should’ve been issued with a white card with a Tax code on it when I purchased? I have never received this and been told that any Community tax due is paid by the Maintenance company who charge every owner £90 p/m
