Thinking of retiring

Hi all, I'm new on the forum, thought I might be able to get some advice from expats who have already made the move. My husband is turkish so already spend alot of time over there visiting relatives etc, very different to living there full time. I have mixed emotions about making the move more for health issues, hospitals etc, j have taken my mother in law to hospital a few times, I have to say its like going back in time and being a nurse, picked fault with everything. We want to take early retirement where we could afford a nice villa with pool, I would hope my mum would come with us, so the health service is a priority to me, any advice on anything would be gratefully received thanks folks
