Economy In Turkey

Dear All

I am a man currently in the UK who plans to travel to Turkey and make a project there for a living.

I have done some research and i am interested in two cites in Turkey. i try to choose other cites than Istanbul for my project and i mainly focus now on a city called Gebze and another one called Eskisehir.

Long story short i have found an economical guide about the economy of Eskisehir city in Turkey and about Gebze and i wonder which one of these cites in Turkey are better for investment in General

P.S: I want to make a project in the agriculture sector i know that Gebze is not famous for farming but its near istanbul so better logistics than Eskisehir?
