My wife and I will be moving to Uganda and looking for long-term (more than one year) accommodation in Kampala. My office will be North of Ntinda, and would like accommodation in that area. If anyone has recommendations, our priorities are:
1) Security. Should be well fenced and in a "safe" neighborhood.
2) Price - we are looking to spend about $1000 to $1500 a month.
3) Size - we would like at least a 2 bedroom.
4) Furnishings - it does not need to be furnished, but it would be great if the kitchen was complete with a refrigerator and stove.
5) Other - we plan on getting a dog, so the property needs to allow dogs. The closer to shopping centers, the better.
Anything else we should consider?
