I'd like to visit Ukraine with an eye toward finding a wife, eventually living there. Here's my problem. I've been Skyping with several women from different parts of Ukraine. Through conversations and sometimes mentioned only in passing, I get the impression that many of the women there are changing, becoming jaded and more westernized. Some of them are downright rude in their mannerisms and speech patterns --rolling of the eyes after you say something, subtly snide comments they think go unnoticed, things like that.
Having read many, many threads on this forum I feel this is the place to get a straight answer and not travel pamphlet pablum. You guys seem to tell it like it is and mostly don't pull any punches.
I would be interested in your opinions on the cities to avoid (the ones that abound in these jaded ladies), but most importantly where to concentrate during my upcoming trip this spring/summer.
