Changes Coming, I bet !

I just read a interesting article discussing the IMF suspending IMF funds to Ukraine due to "No signficant achieved progress" in the fight against corruption. IMF Chief Christine Lagard states "without a substanial new effort to fight corruption and institute new reforms. IMF programs can not be successful. Currently, IMF is Funding Ukraine @ $17.5 "Billion".... Key reforms are said to be being blocked by Poroshenko's key business partner Igor Kononeko. .......Well Folks,.... One can about bet when Kiev is about to loose $17.5 Billion Dollars, someone in the "Good old Boys Club" will go,.... be the fall guy. Any ideas who will be the scraficial lamb? Maybe Yatsenyuk?
