Well I have a bit of a long term plan. im in my lower mid 30s no wife no kids and live in the USA, sadly I hate what the US has become. So I started planning options in my mind on what to do. And it looks like Ukraine is a good option to "retire" in. my 5 year plan that I thought up. I am working but now thinking about dumping a lot of my income into buying up houses to flip into rentals. (I could seriously outright own several houses within 3 to 4 years.)
granted I would have to turn the rental operation over to the hands of some rental company who will take a cut. but I should be able to at least clear 150'ish per house. so buying several outright I could end up with at least 1k+ USD per month just by doing nothing.
Why Ukraine? well for one cheap cost of living. been doing quite a bit of research and well 1k to 1.5k USD would go quite far in Ukraine. plus add in the much better looking women. (seriously in the USA I have gotten to where I down right despise leaving the house do in fact of how many down right nasty looking individuals I see. add in the entitlement mindset many Americans seem to have. I am so over it)
granted 5 years a lot can happen, but I think Ukraine seems to be a safe bet. sure cost of living could go up a bit but I still think even if the cost rises quite a bit id still be just fine.
Unlike many others I am looking at more of getting away from just the down right nasty American attitudes and disgusting behaviours that have become so dominate in US society. I want peace and quite, and just better people to be around. sick and tired of being told im a male chauvinist because I find fat women down right nasty (seriously if I wanted to sleep with a pig, id go to a farm) or being told I am racist because I hate a certain party politics or that I think criminals should just be shot.
