Well-- I have just signed a document, that my house has sold. Today is almost one week on the market-- This was an easy sale. Homes here in most of TEXAS have risen in prices , since the influx of out of staters moving here for work. I see out of state license plates most everywhere. I have a closing date of May 17th-- Ready to get back to my Sweet Ukraine. I really feel for those wanting to move there, but have reservations, or other problems. Great place to live. Looking to be home in Kherson by the end of May.
