Picked up on an article on the web that Kiev might be considering a ban on speaking Russian in public by all citizens. Has anyone heard anything about this...

A friend that traveled to Kiev last year said all business employees were made to only speak Ukrainian at work. I find this a little bit of a surprise since every person I know in Odessa only speaks Russian.
