That's my situation ... I spent a year in Ukraine last year. I then met a woman for whom I came back. I came back in August without a visa thinking that I could take care of the papers to stay there. Failing my part I had to leave in December for a few days to make a visa and come back.
After making my visa I wanted to take care of the necessary to make a residence permit. Only problem I live with my girlfriend but this one can not register me in her (do not ask me why I do not understand everything to the administration in Ukraine ...). The 45-day deadline for making this residence permit is gone and I am being asked to have a new visa. On my visa the validity is from December 5 to June 30 with the precision of the 45 days to obtain a permit. I stay in not knowing what will happen the next time I cross the border.
Now my girlfriend is pregnant and we decided to keep it. My question now is that I am going to have a child in Ukraine is what I have a way to get the residence? Is possible before birth. Because I want to go back to France in August with my girlfriend and I do not know what will happen at the border.
