So apparently I overstayed my visa by four days. I flew out of Odessa. I was shocked that there was not a single person in Passport Control that spoke English. They just had the freakin' International Literature Festival!
Anyhow, they were very nice. Ask we to wait a few minutes while they ran around like chickens with their heads cut off for 20 minutes. Then the officer told me "Signature here". I signed two forms in a dozen different places and a photocopy of my passport. Then he handed me a small 3"x3" piece of paper with a bunch of things on it. He says "You pay fine 510 grivna. 1-10 days." He smiled and then said "you go. You free". I then boarded my flight...
