Travel Outside Ukraine with a Child

For those who are dating a woman with a child under the age of 14.... a law was adopted on July 3, 2018 and went into effect August 29, 2018 that allows a parent to leave Ukraine for up to one month without needing the permission of the other parent. If the other parent is responsible for child support and has not paid in four months, she can leave for longer than one month. She has to notify the other parent., does not require his permission any more.
