Hi All,
New on this site as well as in Odesa, Ukraine. I am currently renting a fully furnished one-bedroom, one-living-room apartment literally on the City Garden. The unit is renovated in a historic building. My wall borders the garden! While I enjoy the convenience, eg. 60 meters to Derybasivska St., a 10-minute walk to my gym, 5-minute walk to my Russian class and supermarket, I wonder if I am being gouged for rent. It's US$600/mo with a 6-month contract. I know there is a premium to pay for being so centered, but how much mark-up is reasonable? Most rentals on garna.net are outdated ads. Thus, it's really difficult to estimate a reasonable price. After all, there are only a few buildings bordering the City Garden, and thus an exact comparison is hard to come by. Thanks
