Corniche Towers, Abu Dhabi

Hi,
I am negotiating a deal with Shaikh Kalifa Hospital and the recruiter says I will get single, furnished accommodations in Corniche Towers...can anyone tell me the general quality of this building? I'm a tad nervous going to a place, site unseen, after a very scary experience in Saudi a few years ago where my accommodations were shared with the biggest cockroaches in the history of the world...huge!!!!! Thanks very much is anyone can tell me a little something about this place.
