Moving to UAE permanently

I live in Canada, but I am originally from Colombia. I came to study my masters in Engineering (area of Automation), and I got married to a guy from India, we are about to become citizens of Canada, However, his parents have a business in Abu Dhabi, and they want us to move there so he can take over. We would get residence visa for having a business.
Is it hard for a women from SouthAmerica to get a job in Engineering?. Are there any latinAmericans?, How is life there living permanently?. Thank you
